Panda Plan blurs the line between Jackie the action star and Jackie the person. Very silly, but still has some great fights. Tony steals the show, and also Jackie milks a rhino. 8/10
In all my years of Jackie Chan consumption, or "Jackum Chakum Consakum" as it's known medically, this film is easily in my top 10 Jackie films. Jackie's classic repertoir of action and comedy really shine, and Jackie managed to make a cgi panda kinda cute! I love it!
